1How often should a house be cleaned?
The average home should be cleaned between once a week and once a month. Families and pet owners should aim for a weekly clean. If you live alone, monthly cleaning should be enough.
2How long does it take to fully clean a house?
Cleaning an entire house depends on the size of the home. A house with a single bedroom and bathroom will require about 3 hours for a thorough cleaning. Budget 4 hours for a house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. You’ll need 6 hours or more of cleaning for larger homes.
3What’s included in a house cleaning service?
What is included in your house cleaning service is up to you. You can either focus on the hardest-to-clean rooms like your kitchen and bathroom. Or you can book a house cleaner to clean your entire home. When booking, check with your cleaner how much time they’ll need for the cleaning services you’d like done.
4Which house cleaner will clean my home?
All house cleaners are background-checked and certified.
5Are cleaning supplies included in a house cleaning service?
All cleaning products are included,Green Cleaning Options We care about your health and the planet. We offer eco-friendly cleaning products on request, or we can even use the ones you prefer. If you want your cleaners to use your products then please make a note of that in your booking.
6What is a Deep Clean?
A deep clean is for customers who haven’t had their home professionally cleaned in more than a month or for homes in a bad condition. This allows your cleaners additional time to thoroughly clean your home. Deep cleaning tackles stubborn buildup, grease, and grime, making it more demanding and time-consuming. This is recommended for all new customers as it brings the home up to our amazing professional standards that your cleaners can then maintain for a lower price on a recurring service.
7How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?
We accept all major credit cards. A valid credit card is required to be on file at the time of booking. A hold will be placed on this card as your cleaning day approaches. The credit card will be charged after the cleaning is completed.
8How many cleaners will come?
It depends on the size of the cleaning. We can send crews of between 1 - 6 cleaners to your cleaning. If you book an hourly service then you have the choice of selecting the number of cleaners. Remember, the minimum 3 hours always applies, and the price is always per hour per each cleaner.

9Do the cleaners do laundry or the dishes?
Yes, we can send cleaners who can do both laundry, dishes, and even more.
10Will I have the same cleaner each visit?
Yes. We will send the same cleaner for each visit. We know how important it is to have someone you know and trust cleaning your home.
11Do I need to be home the day of cleaning?
Some clients prefer scheduling cleaning appointments while they are at work or away for the day, while others like to be at home during the process. This is up to you.If you won't be there, your cleaners just need a way to get in and they promise they will treat your home like their own. They can lock up and/or leave the key wherever you like.
12Can I skip or reschedule an appointment?
Sure, you will receive a confirmation email when you book, and within that email, there will be a link where you can change your booking at any time.
13What is your cancellation policy?
We hold your spot in the cleaners calendar and we deny other customers from booking in those times, therefore cancellations can really affect a cleaners schedule. To reduce this, unfortunately, we do require a $40 cancellation fee for all customers.
For same day cancellations, the fee is $80.
14What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?
Your complete satisfaction is very important. We offer a free re-cleaning to any customer who is not fully satisfied with their cleaning. Unfortunately, we can not provide a refund after a cleaning is completed.
Please note, our agency must be contacted within 48 hours of a cleaning regarding any and all complaints. After 48 hours from the cleaning date, no complaints will be accepted and any additional services will be charged at full price.
If the home is very dirty and your cleaning requires a higher price (or more time) than originally estimated but you do not approve, then your cleaners will do their best but they will not come back for free under any circumstance.
15Does my home need electricity or water for the cleaning?
Yes, your home must have electricity and running water for your cleaners to work properly. If your cleaners arrive and your electricity or water is shut off, the cleaning will be considered cancelled and our normal cancellation policy will apply. If you still require the cleaners to clean without electricity or running water then it is up to the cleaners discretion to leave or stay, and in that case you take full responsibility that the cleaning may not be perfect at the end and there will be no refunds, discounts, re-cleans, or any other compensation under any circumstance.
16How will the cleaners enter my home on my scheduled days of cleaning?
That is up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with.
1. You can leave a key under the door mat on the day of cleaning.
2. You can give send the code to the garage.
3. You can leave the door unlocked the day of cleaning.
